When submitting instruments to Balloonacy for repair or calibration, please complete our Instrument Repair Form, available here. Please insure that all components are listed, and provide a specific description of the issues you may be having.
Instruments may be mailed to: Balloonacy, ltd, LLC, 125 Redwood Circle, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214, and MUST have a check for $75.00 to cover the initial cost of evaluation and repair. This evaluation fee will be credited towards any repairs.
If instruments are being submitted for calibration, it is necessary to also send in the envelope sensor that will be used on the balloon system.
PLEASE do not send batteries or mounting brackets. We're building up quite a collection of both; it's easier if you retain those

It's been a long, long time coming, but we're very pleased to be able to make the following announcement:
In an effort to provide better service and support to the ballooning community, Blue Sky Avionics, LLC, of Sioux Falls, SD, long time service and repair station for the Ball Variometer series of balloon instruments, is pleased to announce the transfer of those responsibilities.
Pending FAA approval, calibrations and minor repairs will be performed by Balloonacy, ltd, LLC, FAA Certificated Repair Station SU9R747J, of Fayetteville, Georgia. You may contact Balloonacy thru their web site and e-mail, at info@balloonacyltd.com.
Repairs outside the scope of the Balloonacy certificate authorization may be referred to Blue Sky Avionics by the Balloonacy staff, after client concurrence. Customer instruments and components currently at Blue Sky Avionics will be returned to the respective owners within 30 days.
I think it's going to be a busy summer!
